Error : if you are getting following error frequently while running MS Excel follow below steps

Reasons
There are different reason for such issue.
1 MS office is corrupt
2 Particular excel is corrupt
3 MS office root folder issue

Resolution

1 : create an empty folder named "XLSTART" in the following position: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE12"(Root of MS Office Folder). 

 create an empty folder named "XLSTART" in the following position: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE14"(Root of MS Office Folder). 

2: If still getting same error then remove MS office and re-install the same.

Now open excel file. it start working.
